As restrictions continue to ease in NSW, a number of Narromine Shire Council facilities will begin to reopen to the public, including the Customer Services and Payments Centre in Narromine from Monday, 1 June 2020.
For the safety of the community and Council staff, hand sanitising stations will be located at the entrances of Council’s Customer Services and Payments
Centre and the Council Chambers. Council will also be enforcing social distancing with limits on the number of people allowed in waiting areas and
meeting rooms.
Narromine Shire Council’s General Manager Jane Redden said “We are looking forward servicing the community again once the restrictions have eased”
“Both the Customer Services and Payments Centre and the Council Chambers buildings will be open to the public as per regular opening hours from Monday,
1 June”
“The Community are encouraged to be patient as there are restrictions on the number of people allowed to congregate in waiting areas and meeting rooms
to ensure the appropriate social distance measures can be implemented.” she said.
The Customer Services and Payments Centre will resume regular opening hours, Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5pm, from Monday 1 June 2020. The community
is reminded that Council’s Customer Service and Payments Centre do not take payments after 4:30pm.
