Change of Address

If you have moved house, have a managing agent or change of business address, it is important to advise Council of any change to your postal address.

Please do not use this form if you are a property owner/ratepayer and want to change your name on your Rates notice. You should contact NSW Land Registry Services on 02 8776 3575 to officially change your name on your land title first. This is because our records reflect the name that is held on the Certificate of Title for your land. Once you change your name with them, they will pass on details of your new name change to us.

Ratepayers wishing to receive their notices by email can now register for eNotices. This service allows ratepayers to receive, view, download and pay their rate and water accounts electronically. Please visit eNotices to register for this free service or contact Council’s Customer Service & Payments Centre at 118 Dandaloo Street, Narromine or call 02 6889 9999.

For any changes to your pet registration, please visit NSW Pet Registry.

In order to notify us of a change of address you need to provide the name and address of the properties you wish to change and the new mailing address.

If you are notifying us of a change of address on behalf of an organisation, authorisation is required on company letterhead detailing the new address details.

While the notification needs to be completed in writing our Customer Service staff are available to provide further advice where necessary and can be contacted on 02 6889 9999, 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
